Files and Machining Requirements

What file formats do you accept?

STEP or STP files are preferred for 3D geometry, together with a dimensioned PDF drawing. DWG, DXF, IGES, IGS, and Parasolid files can also be reviewed. If the model and drawing differ, please identify which file controls the released design.

What CNC machining tolerances can you achieve?

Final part tolerance depends on geometry, material, size, datums, workholding, inspection requirements, and surface treatment. Public equipment references list 0.002 mm for the DMG MORI DMU50 and 0.01 mm for listed FANUC and lathe equipment. These are equipment specifications, not a blanket tolerance promise; the achievable tolerance is confirmed from your drawing.

Do you support prototypes and small batches?

Yes. We support one-off prototypes, engineering samples, trial production, small batches in the dozens or hundreds, and repeat orders, depending on part complexity, material, finishing, and inspection requirements.

Materials, Finishing, and Delivery

Can you provide material certificates?

Material certificate requirements can be included in the RFQ and confirmed during quotation. Availability depends on the material source and the specific order, so please state the required certificate, material grade, and traceability information before production.

What surface finishes are available?

We coordinate surface treatments including anodizing, etching, laser engraving, baking paint, and dyeing where required. Finish, color, masking, cosmetic areas, and acceptance standards should be specified with the drawing.

How long does a CNC machining project take?

There is no single lead time for every project. Timing depends on part geometry, material availability, quantity, inspection, surface finishing, assembly, and shipping requirements. The confirmed production schedule is provided after drawing review, and your required delivery date should be included in the RFQ.

Can you ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, or the United States?

We support export shipment and can review delivery to Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, and the United States. The shipping method, delivery terms, cost, and schedule are confirmed for each quotation based on the destination and order requirements.
